「The location is convenient and the room is comfortable. By comparing with our last experience, the ventilation system in the bath room has been improved. Suggested to use hand wash rather than soap which will be more appropriate to meet recycling purposes.」

「Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.」

「Every detail was thought of! All the staff are so knowledgeable, very polite, and really make the stay special. The site is kept in good condition as well. 」

「Beautiful property. A bit of a rabbit warren but delightful to see the original features and feel the age of the building. Comfortable room and excellent bathroom facilities. Breakfast had most of what you would expect, I would like more fresh salad available. We especially enjoyed the walking route provided by the hotel, really lovely to get out and about in the grounds. 」

「The hotel is clean and there is a covered car park which is very good if you drive. The charge of the car park is £10 per day. The hotel is close to Legoland Windsor. The buffet dinner’s charge is £20 per adult which is value for money. One reason I chose this hotel is because it has a swimming pool. It was closed during my stay because of broken Pipe. I may stay in this hotel again next time maybe the day before I go to Heathrow.」

「2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. 」
