“This studio is fabulous! We were here for a week for several family events. It is roomy and comfortable with a full kitchen, everything to make a perfect stay. There is also a nice private patio to sit outside. The location is perfect! We will definitely be staying here again. Louis is a perfect host, he promptly responds to any questions.”

“The bathroom was cold during my stay, no heat. There was no parking available in front of the house as the host mentioned, he didn’t shovel the snow so I parked two blocks away and I was chased out of the space I parked by a resident. The room could use thicker curtains for privacy. Linens and pillow cases were unclean. Other than that it was quiet area. ”

“Spacious and as described in listing. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful and well-equipped yard. High-traffic areas inside were clean. Generally quiet, although weekend techno music coming from upstairs would have been problematic if I were planning to spend much time in the unit. I didn’t receive the address or check-in information until I sent a note to the owners, but they responded in time for my arrival. “House is super cute. Much smaller than it looked, but comfy. No heat in the bathroom, which was super cold when taking a shower. Host was pleasant and easily reached. Could benefit from more instructions on things like locking the door keypad or what trash needs to be recycled. Would stay there again ”

“My daughter and I found this upstairs unit to be spacious, private, comfortable, well stocked and very clean. There was ample street parking available even for our late arrival, and we felt safe. The host sent timely messages with clear check-in and check out instructions. I would not hesitate to book this property again!”
