"This is such an amazing stay the food variation is amazing and the activities they have going on all throughout the day makes it that much more special. There won’t be a day you’ll be bored but maybe you’ll just be sore from moving so much 😂the room was also so clean and pretty there’s nothing you won’t enjoy here. The staff too! "The staff was super courteous with decent service. The bars around the property are really good with fantastic chouces and quality of drinks. The bartenders are nice and friendly. The rooms were spacious with an all inclusive bar. They replace the bar drinks every 2 days. The bar had a Rum, Gin , whiskey and a vodka bottle with plenty of beer and soda. The pools were well maintained especially the kiddy pools. There are 4 restaurants with decent food choices for non vegetarians but limited choices for vegetarian. "

"We had a good overall stay at this hotel. The staff was truly wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made a big difference in our experience. While the rooms could use some improvements, everything was comfortable enough and we enjoyed our time here. Thank you to the great staff for making our stay pleasant."

"Amazing view, spacious condo, great location, a few minutes walk to the pools and beach. Not many services around the condo except for a pharmacy and corner grocery store. Mega and La Comer stores are only a 5 minute drive. Restaurant on site serves great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Helpful concierge and staff. Minor issue but worth noting is that the unit could use some maintenance - fixing door handles, appliances etc. Washer and dryer was great to have though. Recommend you bring additional dish towels, frying pan and coffee maker. "

"Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. Children's pool was empty. Lots of toys and balls flying in pool, Screaming, splashing and totally took over pool driving adults out. I hope this gets changed, I have never seen this before and when I mentioned this to management they said that is the way it is."
