「Good location, good amenities.. Host responded well」

「My friend and I enjoyed a two week stay here and it was very accomodating with all our needs; even a laundry room. The decor was quite interesting with portraits and colorful. It's NOT your usual run of the mill, boring place. We highly recommend this location and address as it's close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Marie Island. And we especially loved the quietness of this location! Thank you Doug and Candy! 」

「Spent a couple of days in this amazing villa. Close to the beach(about a 12min drive) and close to amenities. Would recommend this ville to friends and family, already looking ahead to next year to stay.」

「We had an amazing stay. The property was clean and well- kept. The hosts provided everything one would need including body wash and a bowl of various snacks. It was 5 star all the way. The only reason I rated location and neighborhood a 3 Star was because they were listed together and not separate. If they were separate stars, location would have received a 5 star rating while the neighborhood would have received a 2 star. 」

「We had a great visit in Tarpon and really enjoyed the unit. It was well stocked and in a great location to walk to downtown Tarpon, Sponge Docks, or Craig’s Park. Easy drive or bike to Fred Howard park and very close to the Pinellas Trail. Beds were comfortable and the property manager was great. 」
