「The property being steps from the beach was amazing.」

「Very clean. Just needed a place to sleep as I was on business. Very surprised and disappointed there was no basic cable. Hot water for shower was an issue. Very clean place though」

「Close walk to everything ! Clean , beautiful pool and hot tub! All was amazing! Family rented three of your spaces and we all lived it! Only suggestion was a little more outdoor lighting! Hooks in bedroom bathroom. Pool lights on during day but off at night?」

「The best part about this apartment is its location: right by Bayshore, 10 min walking distance from Hyde Park, and in short driving distance from everything S Tampa. The apartment is cute, spacious, quiet, and well equipped. The host provided comprehensive info ahead of check-in so getting in the apartment was smooth.」

「Check-In time posted on Hotels.com was different than what the Villa stated. Villa looked like pictures posted. Pool wasn’t cleaned but there was a net for guest to clean it.」

「Nice little property, very well kept.Host was very nice and helpful. Will be back again.」

「No oven, but it was an excellent place to stay!」

「Great location and enough space for a couple and kids. I was on a studio with a king bed and a sofa bed. Kitchen had enough stuff. Bathroom doesn’t have shampoo and conditioner. It was ok but i didn’t take mine so i had to go buy it. Publix is very close so that’s also very convenient」

「Great place, very clean. Listing and pictures are accurate. Owner responded quickly with small hiccup that we had. Definitely would rent again!」

「Great stay, very clean. The pool was very nice. And the scenery was amazing as well」

「Everything was fantastic! Cozy, clean, loved the private patio, comfortable bed, updated frameless rain shower. Great location 5 minutes from Hardrock in a nice quiet area. Loved all the added amenities. Plenty of coffee, huge TV. Hope to be back in the spring 🌼 Card trivia and books!」

「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location!Small in size, but had all the essentials!Only (very small) issue was that the shower was a bit tricky to figure out how to get any hot water? Maybe replace the valve to simplify?Great spot for a couple to stay.」

「The room was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, the beach view was beautiful, and the overall experience was amazing!」
