“Small, cozy and just what I needed.”

“Location is just perfect close to downtown nice stores and restaurants”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect little B&B for a girls trip with a friend and I! We just needed a place to crash after long days at the beach. Located just a short drive from the beaches and restaurants, it was just what we were looking for. Location felt……

“So much effort put into the inside of this beautiful place. So nice to be in a place that gives you water, snacks, coffee! The host was available for any questions and responded promptly. The description by Expedia was incorrect because it is a one bedroom not a two bedroom. This was not the host fault. The convenience, cleanliness, and beauty more than made up for only having one bedroom.”

“The handicap accessible condo was clean, comfortable, a/c worked great and the host was readily available for any inquiry. The checkin and checkout instructions were clear and consise. We had no issues at this rental. We absolutely recommend this rental and the great host. Thank you for a comfy and enjoyable stay!”

“Perfect place to come and knock around downtown apalachicola! Can basically walk anywhere you would want to and a short drive to the beach. I recommend!”

“We ejoyed our stay and the convenience of the amenities around us. It took us a bit to get organized with all our stuff and the space available. Also, we wish the weather cooperated with our visit. But, overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed each minute. Thank you for sharing your property.”

“Such an incredible stay at this unit! This is our 3rd year staying at The Village and this was by far our favorite one to stay in. It was so clean and smelled so fresh upon check in/throughout the stay. The location was perfect for the tram pickup/pool/and to get to the Peddler’s area. The balcony was great for sitting and relaxing! For being a studio, they offered so many supplies/appliances for cooking and making your own food, coffee, etc. Highly recommend and can’t wait to be back!”

“Very nice place to stay. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed being way out in the country.”

“The apartment is brand new, spotless, and impeccably clean. We had a great one-night stay, and the location matches the description with a nice neighborhood. It might feel a bit small for a full week due to the limited kitchen setup and lack of an extra water point, but overall it was a pleasant experience!"”

“Clean and a place to park your boat. Enjoyed our stay”

“Thanks for a great trip!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Place was immaculate, had many small touches to make the experience even better, and the host was super communicative when needed.”

“The host responded quickly and the room was very clean.”

“This a nice stopping point for a few day but, be in a small car it's hard to turn around with two vehicles parked at same time”

“We like that it was on the second floor so we could easily see the ocean from our balcony. This unit was a corner unit so there was only another unit on one side. The kitchen had a nice selection of cookware etc. the complex had two outdoor pools, and indoor heated pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and steam sauna. The area was quiet without a lot of touristy attractions. We love to be outside and walk or ride our bikes, and there was a very nice paved trail in the area that was probably at least 12……
