「We really enjoyed our stay at the Golden Sands Oceanfront Hotel. The view from our room was spectacular, and the room itself was fun and quirky (60s midcentury modern vibe, all the way down to the nostalgic design of the microwave!). The staff were friendly, getting us whatever we needed. The only negative was that they still have some renovations going on (mid-June), so there was a bit of noise one morning for tile work and the stairwell had some construction dust. But that's to be expected...

「Location is great & within minutes of many restaurants. Staff was friendly. We did see two hairs on the sheets but felt they were probably just from house keeping making the bed not due to dirty sheets. We tend to take our own sheets anyway so wasn't a huge issue. Shower water pressure was very strong, hot water was adequate. "private beach" is just a sandy area with a TON of shells on the sand & in the water making it useless as far as getting in the water. Pool is adequate for kids-goes up...
