「The lobby is beautiful & check in was welcoming & easy. The little gift shop is well appointed. Room was large. Not necessarily “spotless” though. Beds & bathroom very nice. Breakfast was fine. They forgot a few things but brought them right up when we called. We will definitely stay again & recommend the hotel. 」

「Room was great. We had lived in Wilmington and fire pits.area for 28 years and never realized there was a place like ARRIVE in downtown area. It was like a mini resort with the outside area and fire pits. 」

「When we got there the room wasn't ready, and the lady was still cleaning, BUT, she and the front desk staff was so nice, I can't even complain. The room was spotless and so big... Only negative was that the hot water was not hot enough...I will be back soon! 」

「Very well located to downtown, sweet hotel. We had a king efficiency. Came with a full-sized fridge, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Bed was SO comfortable. Too cold for swimming but pool and area looks very well kept. Nice little pier to walk out on too. A walk into town. 1/22 mile from center of town. 」

We had our anniversary on Dec. 30th and accomodated our needs during low occupancy requiring a good use of resources. I understand the importance of prioritizing people even when it may be a short term loss. A longer view of business made it a good experience for us. 」
