「What a lovely, relaxing stay!I was in town briefly visiting my son who is stationed nearby. The apartment is the perfect size and I’m the perfect location - close to so many restaurants and things to do!There is plenty of room to spread out and chill in between walks to the beach and local restaurants. Having a parking spot was a huge advantage. Mandy is the perfect host. She was super responsive and very focused me having a pleasant stay. I will stay here on my next trip down!」

「We were in town for my wife to get treatment for a serious respiratory illness.The A/C vents had visible mold showing and the smell of mold was present. The furniture was not the same as in the listing and the listing can only be described as deceptive. I spoke with the host who was rude, argumentative and generally unhelpful. We did not stay at the property and found a nearby hotel for stay. Absolutely would not recommend!」

I also thought there was a balcony but it’s just very creatively done to look like outside. So all these things were because I wasn’t reading carefully. Overall, it was very well done, clean, quiet & a great location! We loved riding bikes around the area! 」

「This apartment was nothing like what was advertised. Upon arrival, the place was dirty and had a strong cigarette smell, which made it very uncomfortable to stay there. The bed linens were dirty and unusable, forcing us to go out and buy new bedding ourselves. This is completely unacceptable for a rental property. There was a total lack of proper cleaning and attention to basic hygiene. Because of the cleanliness issues and the misleading description, I do not recommend this place.」

Definitely family friendly other than I would be a little hesitant with the stairs would need just a baby gate if he had a little and maybe even pets. Possibility there is one we just didn’t need. It definitely would stay here again. Super cute way too much room just for the two of us, but it was a great deal. Look forward to coming back. The Neighbourhood was good and all the houses were decorated for Christmas so pretty. 」
