“The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable to all event centers, downtown and restaurants. We did have trouble with our key fob on the second night. But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. We will stay here again. ”

“The hosts were fantastic and a very responsive. We had to change dates due to a surgery being rescheduled, and they were very accommodating.”

“We spent a long weekend in Indy visiting our daughter. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. One of the best things about the apartment is the location. There is a coffee shop on the corner and many restaurants and shops in walking distance. I appreciated the communication with Lannell. It was detailed and timely. If you stay, pop up to the rooftop for sunset. It was beautiful!”

“Wow, what an excellent place to stay in Indy! It is close to most places that we wished to visit. The area is very lively and walkable. The apartment was spacious and well furnished. There was an ample supply of clean towels, soap etc. Washer/dryer/dishwasher came in real handy. The beds were nice and firm. The place was also kid friendly. The hosts Austin and Hunter had excellent communication without being intrusive. Overall A+, and definitely would love to stan again when in Indy! Thank……

“Was very impressed with the house , cleanness and hosts proactive communication reaching out ahead of time to make sure we knew everything about the house and also making sure we had everything we need .”

“The kitchen had plenty of space for cooking and food prep. We could have used a better skillet, but we made do with what was available. The home was cute and cozy, with great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host and locals in the area were kind and helpful. We also loved the option of the wine available for purchase in the house. We would definitely stay here next time we attend Grand Nationals if possible.”
