Great little place

Nice cozy apartment with lots of great food and drinks nearby. Stayed during gencon and it was a short walk to convention (30) minutes but scooters were always available to ride. street parking was crazy busy but there is a semi reasonable parking garage near.

Amazing location! But pretty loud

Check in pictures were super helpful! The location is really great, I didn’t need to use my car at all. Parking is a bit expensive but makes sense for the area. I don’t recommend location for any light sleepers. The walls to the outside are old and windows aren’t sealed great so any outside noise sounds like it’s inside. The street can get pretty busy at night. The intake vent is also extremely loud, I had to keep the air off during the day to hear the TV. There’s also a street lamp directly outside the window that keeps the bedroom bright all night. All worth it, but just a warning to light sleepers! Lots of towns and an extra blanket was nice.

Indianapolis stay

This is a very nice and clean one bedroom unit. I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. There are plenty of dining and shopping areas within walking distance. The building is very secure and is located near a historical district.

Great spot!

Very nice building and apartment in a super walkable area. Easy check-in with a door code. Street parking with meters but they were free on the weekend IIRC.
