"Yes- pool was great! Hot Tub great! Only suggestion I have is - get shuffle board equipment back, we love to play! Also- should serve coffee in lobby, especially late morning and late afternoon!"

"Decent hotel/motel great location for where we we going (hike) . Clean room, fridge is nice to have with small freezer to keep ice packs cold -River view was more like a stream not sure if it’s heavier in the warmer months. Stayed only one night. Probably wouldn’t book a week long vacation here but seemed good for families. Staff was nice and helpful breakfast was decent. Waffles ,continental, eggs sausage. Would stay again max 1-3 nights"

"The pool is incredible, the hotels breakfast is fresh and varied, the staff is helpful, it’s 15-20 minutes from Lincoln for dining options and the Kancamagus Hwy. I’ll be back! "

"Overall, everything was fine, but the shower was a little hard to figure out. It seemed to only dispense scalding hot or freezing water and made a terrible screech if the water pressure was turned up too high."

"This motel is great for a one-night last-min ski trip. You get what you pay for. No frills and the rooms are outdated but the location was great for skiing and a fraction of the cost of everything else around. I will definitely be back. "

"Clean room and bathroom, close to Franconia shops, Janice is such a lovely person - she always makes my stay wonderful. Excellent water pressure also, and comfy beds."

"We reported a strong odor of heating fuel and the host dismissed our concerns to justify denying a refund without coming to the property in person despite living locally. VRBO did the right thing and refunded us but this host left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will be careful about booking at any of his properties again."
