「The first problem arose when, days before our trip, the host informed us they had double booked the house & my reservation was invalid. I was told that they had a house next door available & we could stay there. I accepted that offer. I stayed in communication with the host leading up to the visit - continuing, even, on the day of arrival - because I was requesting an early check in if it was possible. When my group of 4 arrived at the house, we found filthy conditions. Nothing had been cleaned...

「The A/C was a problem. The water pressure in the kitchen was horrible. The washing machine kept malfunctioning. And the refrigerator didn’t cool that well. The kids couldn’t sleep in the bunk room because bugs kept getting in the beds. The living room area was nice.」
