“We stayed at this hotel in May and KNEW we needed to go back. We had the opportunity to be back in Costa Rica this past week, and stayed here overnight so that we would be close to the airport in the morning. The staff is exceptionally professional, and kind. “We had no complaints during our stay. The room was spacious and all amenities(cookware, plates, salt, towels, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, fridge and freezer, clothes iron, hangers, & others) were available for use. Aircondition was great and strong enough for the entire space. TV was smart which inluded entertainment apps but TV could be updated. Everything was clean and modern. “Safe, clean, and quiet. In the middle of Chinatown on a pedestrian only street. You can pick up your taxi or uber at the corner with ease. Police presence and police cameras around town make it safer than other areas. The staff is very supportive and will offer their guidance for a better stay. Safety lockers available.
