“STUNNING Mountain Views! Very clean house. My husband built our house and we were both impressed with the construction. Drove our Ford Edge and we made it, but the roads to it are something else. If it’s a rainy/snowy time you’d be wise to have 4WD. Be prepared to climb up and down the steep steps to the bedroom. (More doable than anticipated.) There was a freak May snowstorm predicted to be a foot of snow so we stayed in Boulder town one night so as not to be snowed in, but snow was manageable by the next day and gone the day after that. It was well stocked with kitchen essentials as well as bathroom items and there were snacks at check in. Love the thoughtful touches.”

“Our trip was in mid May and avg temp was 60. But we had a massive front move in right before we arrived which dropped temps to high 20’s and snow. We did rent a jeep 4x4 just to be safe to get up the road. Roads were very good though and snow made the scenery so beautiful. House was very nice, clean, open spaces. Easily could sleep 6-7 people. We had a great time and would def come back. Host was quick with answers to our questions too. I highly recommend this home. Just be ready for weather……
