“The room is clean and comfortable. The location is great, love the easy access to Starbucks and Chick Fil A for quick bites and coffee right downstairs. Logging into free wifi a little tricky but quickly resolved.”

“Standouts were the staff, Chas my concierge greeted us at the door, handled our bags, placed them in the room, got us ice, and made sure our needs were met, Ketunde the receptionist was in training, yet she was exceptionally professional and welcoming, easy conversation making us feel at home, the host, and our waiters at the lounge were also very welcoming, and friendly with excellent service and attentiveness, the valets were really sweet, opened doors, made sure the car was nice and toasty……

“The Desk staff was very nice and professional & the room was great. Walked around in white socks and for the first hotel ever, they stayed white. For me, the breakfast of sausage & eggs was fine, but she didn't like the sausage-pork or turkey. I ate hers. Negatives-ice machine broken and bath sink drained real slow.”
