「Thanks for the free upgrade to a room with private bath where with the beautiful view of river. Since it is close to the nature, insects are part of them, just get used to it. The room is spacious with wonderful blackout effect, we can't guess the time even at 1000. It is very impressive, we have completely charged for the nights. The spa is for both sex, swimming suits are required. There is free parking. I surely will come back for another relaxing trip.」

「酒店環境真的很美麗,四周都很寧靜，有很多樹木包圍. 酒店很注重客人的私隱度，很多座位都設計到看不到隔籬枱的人. 早餐及晚餐都很美味，而且份量很大。」

「The service is very well, love the hot spring, the view is beautiful, enjoy Japanese style meals and the room. The only thing is the hotel is on the top of a hill, there is a 10 min walking from cable train to hotel, when we were leaving, the hotel dropped us off the strain station. You may call them to drive you to the hotel if you have large luggage. Overall, I would like to revisit it again, and highly recommend this hotel! 」
