「The rooms are lovely & clean. Was in room 47 very large king size room with bath tub bathroom. Slept very well, despite noise at 6:30ish am from noisy neighbours. The are the staff are friendly and fantastic can’t do enough to help you. Downsides they do not serve breakfasts (which I think would be amazing if they did) and the hotel used to have a pool but they no longer has it as was filled in and turned into a gym. Easy access to Barry town and Barry island. Car park is small and on a slope...

「Great staff, clean and tidy room, good location with easy car parking. Great food including very good options for my coeliac wife. This is a quaint more traditional style of hotel with it seemed like only six rooms. You still get a room key attached to a fob rather than the key cards you tend to get nowadays and the flooring is a little sloped in places all adding to the charm. We had just a one night stop over but would be happy to return.」

「We didn’t have breakfast but the choices for the evening meals were excellent and reasonably priced. Free on site parking with bus stops for Cardiff city centre a short walk away. Overall a great stay. Staff all very efficient and friendly 」

「During our family trip, we stayed at Premier Inns in Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Cardiff, and the one on Queen Street in Cardiff was by far the best! The room was spacious, the breakfast was prepared with great care, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that the partnered parking lot was a bit hard to find and not very close. Still, my kids and I liked this one the most!」

「Family run pub/ hotel which is a hidden treasure hidden in the country side, 10 mins from airport!! So glad we found it! Met the owner and family they were so so lovely and big thanks to their son who opened breakfast early on a Sunday for us catch our plane. 100% will be back and recommend to others. 👍」
