「The hotel was clean and welcoming and the husband and wife team were friendly.
It's in a lovely location and within 5 minutes we were deep in Anagach Wood which is a dog walker's paradise! The longest loop is about 2.5 hours but plenty of shorter options.
The food and drink at the hotel were also a highlight - compliments to the chef!!」

「Very spacious, oven and dishwasher were great. We chose this specifically bc it had a laundry washer. Being from the US, just assumed it meant there was a dryer also (my mistake!). But there is a clothes line and clothes pins- just don’t leave it out overnight bc it rains! Beds were very comfortable and large! Only thing to be ware of- the shower sometimes went from hot to cold rapidly (back and forth between freezing and scalding hot). First three people to shower were fine but by the 4th, it...

「Elizabeth sent me an email before I was checking in making sure i was aware that there would be no one present on site. Keys were left exactly where she said they would be and instructions for breakfast and everything else were easy to understand and locate. The Crossing is suitably located right next to the Kingussie railroad station and is close to the Barracks - one of the sites to see while we were there. Would highly recommend this place.」
