“My husband and I loved our stay at this beautiful cabin. We frequently visit the mountains and this cabin provided the perfect balance for a weekend away. It was private without feeling isolated and offered beautiful mountain views without having to actually climb a mountain. We enjoyed hiking by day and the local craft breweries and cideries in the evening. We were able to have a getaway but have the modern conveniences of AC and Wifi. “Loved every aspect of this quaint cabin in the mountains. Easy access with circular drive. Front porch and rockers were a hit even though cold for morning coffee. Living room fireplace was cozy and warm. Beds were comfy and kitchen is well equipped. Easy to hit the trails and quick access to several local breweries. Owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. Highly recommend Joy Cabin!”

“We stayed at this property for 4 days and it was a great choice regarding it's proximity to all of the surrounding destinations. The location is perfect for getting around and a provided EV charger is an added bonus if you can take advantage. The area is quiet so if you want to stay in and relax like we did for part of our stay, it is a great choice as well. “Our stay was great. The location is perfect - close to Charlottesville but also quiet and a little bit away from the center of activity. We discovered some great places in Crozet, too. Check-in was super easy, and the place was fun and quirky. Our hosts were excellent. We had a minor issue on day two and the host responded within 10 minutes and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. We had a great trip and we loved the place. ”

“We rented this house for a girls weekend and it was perfect! The house was so big, there were spaces we never used (like the basement game area). We enjoyed the large kitchen, the outdoor decks, the pavilion, and the views! It was quiet and beautiful. The house was well stocked and Megan was very responsive and helpful. The location is convenient, as it is within 20 minutes of several of our favorite local wineries, breweries, trails, and attractions.
