A beautiful rental…however as a group of young women there are no blinds, curtains or window tint( the house next to us/ connected could easily see in the kitchen and living room), none of the windows in ground level were locked and were very hard to lock, and the master bedroom door doesn’t shut all the way so we couldn’t even lock it god forbid someone did come in. Just a. few safety precautions to look into to make the stay feel more comfortable! Thank you 」

「This property is such a gem, it has everything you need for a family of 4. Our kids loved the spiral staircase and had their own little shower right next to their room! The home feels very loved. 」

「This property and the area exceeded our expectations. The cottage appears to be recently updated or refinished. It was very clean and appropriately furnished. The air conditioning worked well on 90 degree days with high humidity. The street was private and quiet. The only down side… the beds and bedding were not comfortable (could use an upgrade). The location is excellent as well. We would stay here again. 」

「Mark’s house is fabulous! We are a multi-generation family with 6 adults and 5 small children. Mark is an incredibly, responsive host. When we had any questions, Mark responded immediately. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was great and the kids had a blast! Mark thought of everything for the kids including kids’ table, toys, pool toys, booster seats, and cribs. Bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and many bathrooms with towels provided. The beach is close by...
