值得住的飯店
整體來說還不錯，早餐好吃樣式多，提供完整衛浴用品，地點相當方便，離大教堂非常近，只是巷弄太小車子進不來，需要接送的話，要走出巷子，館內有個小電梯，房間有點小但還算舒適，分離式冷氣不怕吸到別人的二手菸，櫃檯人員英文還算不錯。 不過喝到一個果汁是苦的，不過第二天就沒出現了

Nice service.
The hotel service is really good. The twin room was small but very neat. The breakfast was good. There’s one night we were invited to live in another hotel, and they offered us to the family suite after that night as compensation. The family suite was very big and comfy. We were very happy during our stay in the hotel.

Nothing near what the picture is shown
Actual room is very different from the picture shown. Room is old and shower is weak. No wifi access on 9th floor where I stayed. Street in front of hotel is a narrow ally, too narrow that no taxi can get into. However hotel staffs are nice and helpful, breakfast is satisfying.

This time, my senior and I went on a 5-night, 6-day trip. It was difficult to understand at first as the hotels of the same group were lined up next to each other, but once you got used to it, there was no problem. I took the 86 bus from the airport and got off in front of the Melia Hotel, and it was a very convenient location, within walking distance, and there were many delicious restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were also very kind and friendly. They call out to us as we pass by the front desk. The breakfast was also abundant and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Hanoi.

Very convenient and walkable distance to different attractions. Since it is in the inner side of the main road, there is quite quiet at night for a good sleep.

Tired appearance
The room we stayed in was quite dated. There was only one pillow allocated per person in the room where they should at least have two pillows per person. The room was fairly clean, but we didn’t feel comfortable because of how dated the room was. The staff at reception when we checked in was very good, friendly and willing to help. The restaurant staff was a bit unfriendly, but not a big deal. Food was average. Location was down a side street so it was quiet. Overall, this hotel is ok for someone who is passing through for one night or two on a low to mid range budget, but for the price you are likely to find better choices in the area with more comfortable rooms.

Good location in the old quarter, difficult to find (taxi driver drove in circles). Hotel did not confirm our airport pickup in time. We used the service for the airport return and it was great. Dining room for breakfast had a good selection but arrive early as food is not replenished fast enough to keep up with the demand. Our reservation was for 5 nights, we left for one night for Ha Long bay (but kept the room as it was TET and we were concerned of a sell out). On check-in the room was extremely small, we kept it for the night but upgraded for $10 a night for the remainder of our stay. Well worth it. The 2nd room was huge. The front desk was very helpful with printing out airline tickets and boarding passes.

Great Hotel with good heart
I had good experience with this hotel. The staffs are really friendly. Front manager are helpful and cleaning staff are also nice. The location also great. Because touristic places and good restaurants are in walking distance. Thank you very much :)

Very nice service and personnel ! Hotel is nicely situated in the old part of the city with great access for all the action, markets, restaurants, etc. though in the center of the city, the hotel is very quiet and cozy.

Location was great! But we didn’t even get the hotel that we booked. They gave us Splendid Pearl light. This building did not have a lift.. Shower head was all covered in lime scale and the toilet badly needs plumbing work and renovations. The power outlets were either located at awkward locations without table top and the only one at the bedside had a gaping hole. This cannot be too safe. Doorway was doubled up as a storage space for towels so access to our room was narrow. 🚨🚨🚨 fire hazard... However despite the dismal conditions, I must say the room was clean.

Nice stay!
The service was great, helpful and friendly. The room is fine - dark and cozy. The TV did not work , but didn't fix. There is not divide between shower and toilet -- after having shower, the floor is wet all over the bathroom. The location is great. Good value for the money.

We checked in early, but changed to another half price hotel. I told you that I was prepaid at the time of booking but there was no refund. There is no reply even if you inquire by e-mail. It became a very disappointing memory.

Want to go back to Hanoi and the Splendid Hotel
Splendid is a fabulous hotel in a fabulous location. For the first night I had picked the cheapest room and I hated it -- small, cramped, smelly. Bathroom with a shower that shared floor space with sink and toilet. So then I switched to a family room for 15 a night more and I loved it. Spacious, balcony, great bathroom, comfortable bed. The daily breakfast was great. The entire staff, all 14, were the loveliest, sweetest, most helpful young people. They made my stay doubly good.

Great stay for a week! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especiallyTom and Jenny ! Breakfast was nice and eat all you can! They serves nice fruit juice as well! Location of the hotel is along the alley but isn't that hard to find as it's very near to the cathedral. Overall, it's a 3-star hotel with 5-star services!
