“The Hotel was absolutely fabulous & certainly lived up to expectations , We had a suite on the 14th floor . The Housekeeping was brilliant & the suite was extremely comfortable . The staff could not have been more professional , helpful & informative . I cannot name them all but Barbara on Reception . Sergio & Zak in the Lex Bar & as we were celebrating a birthday we booked a table in the upstairs area of the Lex Bar & had the most beautiful meal . Nicely cooked & well presented & our server……

“All Accor messed up my booking and I have a hard time to check into the hotel. I have to check in and out for 2 times during the 3 days stay. Usually my stay used to be very good. This time, the phone and the hair dryer are not working in my room. The package I got with breakfast included was not showed in the hotel reservation. In general, the All Accor booking system made this stay a bad one.”

“We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature.
For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included.
We’ll look for other options next time for……
