「Hot tub was closed. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Rooms clean. 」

「Hilton system was down for hours when we were trying to check in. Could not get room keys, and the Hilton app did not complete in providing a digital key to me. It was a major annoyance. Breakfast was just okay.」

Breakfast was a little lacking- they had toast, yogurt, donuts, danish, fruit, juice, coffee, oatmeal, and cereal. It was fresh though. Overall, good enough at a low price that I'd go back.」

「I pulled up to the facility and it was a horrible sight. Run down, dark and tattered, horrible. Office was closed after I had recently confirmed our check in arrival. Then a scary man came next to my car on his bike and stared at my kids and I until we pulled off and went to find immediate alternatives for our trip. 」

The property was well stocked (with many left behind items from other guests which I do not prefer, but it is not altogether uncommon at a rental). I must have missed in the property description that the only means of heat was a wood burning stove. This wasn’t a big issue as I grew up with one, but it had gone out before I realized that it was our heat source and I had to restart it and keep it stoked. Once we realized this there...

「stayed two nights here. cranky beds. thin wall and room smells mold。 most importantly, i left my bag there when i checked out. called them several times ,they say will check and call me back, never did. when i ask again, they said the room was clean and didnt seem to care that i lost ma IDs and car keys. so rude!!!!!」
