"I rarely leave reviews but wanted to say massive thank yous to two staff members at the hotel. First is Roham the manager. We sent an item via federal express that got delivered to the wrong Park Plaza. The first staff person we encountered at concierge completely dismissed us, but Roham came to our rescue, even offering to personally pick up the item. A-one service!! We were very satisfied! Musar checked us in and was very helpful. I wanted to figure out the London bus system and he took his time literally explaining step by step what to do. He did not rush me away. Instead he was extremely patient and answered all my questions. Great stay. Great location in central London. We have been before and will be back. Customer service is exceptional!"
