「The hotel really just a few steps to the beach and the honolulu zoo. Also close to the Diamond head. The breadfast was free and sumptuous. The real problem of this hotel I think is, too many residents but too few elevators and they run too slow. I sometimes had to wait for 3 elevators to be able to get in. 」

「The location is great and the room space is big enough for 3 people. Reception Amber is really nice and friendly, thanks for helping us get our room smoothly and early. Only onething we think can improve better that the schedule of house keeping is arranged not well. We back to our room at 2 pm then found the room not clean up yet, after that we get rest in the room around 30 minutes then waitress come. We told her we don't need to clean the room and want to stay here for resting, bur she said...

「Turns out there was breakfast, There is no breakfast! The hotel was under renovation without notice. Didn’t tell me that three was a parking fee! I’m very disappointed with this trip. Why so much extra money?」

「Super beach. Pool Kinda small a lot Of kids. Checkin desk could use more help. Took A while to check in but staff was friendly 」

「Good affordable place to stay. Room was not any great shakes but was clean and having a refrigerator was very convenient. Location is very nice for getting to the mall and the beaches. All hotels charge the hotel fee so cannot really criticize too much for that.」
