"Stayed at this hotel for anmixnof business and mini getaway. The room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee maker. All in excellent condition. Breakfast was included and was better than many places I have stayed in. There was ample and small changes daily along with the staples. Nothing to complain about and the coffee was excellent. Note coffee was available 24/7. Overall the property is in spectacular condition. Anyone that thinks differently is just wanting high-end desires on a low budget. Congratulation to the Best Western for excellent amenities and room sizes, for a decent budget friendly price band. Location was what I needed and I even walked to and from the mall (about 25 min walk if you're average speed) and Grand Ole Opry a few times. I enjoyed the walk and got to see more of the area because I wasn't rushing in a car. 100% recommend "

"Friendly quick check in. Clean room. Plenty of hot water. Very thin limited cover on bed. Easy to use TV remote. But no channels were working in the morning. Cable down? Low rates. Safe area."

"You get what you pay for. Location was ideal! Price was great for an average hotel. Nothing amazing here but way cheaper than being downtown. "

"I paid $1015 for 2 rooms in Cascades. The view was terrible. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work. There are no microwaves in the room. The bathroom mirrors are not defrost. & you are charged by the day to park your car $37 self parking & $55 valet parking. This is most definitely not the best resort I’ve stayed at. "

"Lobby smelled like weed, staff member gave me room next to laundry room when I asked for a quiet room. So I heard everyone doing their laundry last 10 PM until 1 AM"
