"Stayed in a superior twin room on the 5th floor, which was clean and comfortable, with a walk-in shower (important because I have mobility issues). It was on the small side but not cramped. The decor seemed to be fairly new and in good shape, of a dark gray neutral sort. Staff on check-in were friendly, quick and helpful. It's a massive hotel that takes huge tour groups, so there were several hordes clumped together in the lobby and in the street area outside; there is also no visible place to sit and relax in the lobby, which is designed to get a lot of people through check-in quickly. I was so glad to find there was express checkout! There are several restaurants in the hotel which I didn't try, and lots of restaurants in the immediate area. Very close to everything in Bloomsbury. There was street noise at night but nothing extreme. "

"The location is spectacular if you are looking for the best shopping and restaurants. Easy walkable distances to everything you could want. The rooms were very nicely appointed. What really stood out was the service!! I work with a number of boutique resorts and I can honestly say I have NEVER experienced a level of service like this. Friendly, courteous and ALWAYS going that little bit more. I look forward to a return visit soon!!"
