"We only had an overnight stay. Hallways were pretty quiet, clean communal space, room had just the basic amentities which worked for us. Booking site said airport transfer but that's inaccurate. Staff was my least favorite part - the gentleman in the morning didnt even write down our note, saying that maintenance would need to fix the ac unit in our room - which feel off the wall in the night - scaring both myself and my mom. over all an okay stay. "

"When my family and I had to extend our trip to Phoenix due to a snow storm in New York we were fortune enough to be able to book at and stay at this home. We were very comfortable in this well located and clean home. Our host was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend! "

"I am so incredibly disappointed in this hotel and their operations. I came out for Dodgers spring training and when we went to check in, they had overbooked and gave our rooms away. Then I came back to the hotel a year later , tried to stay at the same hotel and once again my rooms were given away because they overbooked. It seems like because I was through Expedia, (3rd party booking) my room was given to someone who booked on site. Either way, I was very disappointed as I love the hotel and the fact it was next to the Biltmore mall. If you book here, beware this has happened to me twice now. So annoyed ! "
