“Everything was wonderful! ”

“Clean environment”

“A disappointing stay at what was expected to be a charming antique hotel. Upon taking my first shower, I discovered that the towel provided had two large holes and visible black fingerprint marks. This immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness and quality control. The bathroom window was extremely dirty, appearing as though it had not been cleaned in years. Additionally, robes hanging in the closet appeared to have been previously used, which is entirely unacceptable. My assigned……

“The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

“Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

“Property was very clean and staff was very helpful and pleasant. Only compliant was the fact the elevator glitched and trapped us for a couple minutes”

“Great place to stay! The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff were super nice and went above and beyond to accommodate my mother in a wheelchair. Especially staff member Ky. The rooms were very clean. Housekeeping does a fantastic job. The daily breakfast was exceptional. The breakfast area had a great assortment of food and was very clean and very maintained. The 24 hour coffee was delicious and fresh. Great fitness center and pool area. Highly recommend this location. I think it’s……
