Ann had reached out beforehand to see if we needed anything, when we arrived to make sure everything was ok, and was responsive when we did need something! There was an issue with not having hot water when we first got there (seemed like a pilot light or something thing simple..) Ann was notified and the issue resolved within 30 min! The accommodations were clean, well equipped, and spacious enough for our family.The grounds...

「The air conditioning was a nice improvement, since the unit would heat up with the afternoon sun. The lanai was a great place for breakfast and was in the shade until early afternoon. The ocean views and the view of the island of Lanai were fantastic. We kept watching for whales and did see one, but were a little early for the whale migration.」
