"Great location for transportation and visiting the theater and many restaurants/pubs nearby. Room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We would have liked more pillows on the bed and fluffier ones. Breakfast variety was excellent, the buffet was HUGE and staff were constantly refreshing items. The breakfast room was noisy and a bit chaotic because there were a lot of guests, but we were seated immediately each time we visited. Staff were very friendly and efficient! Overall a very comfortable stay. "

"Stayed here with my 3 kids, we had a wonderful time. We requested a room with lovely view and theg gave us 6th floor which boasted great view with a balcony. Dinner was lovely, breakfast was avarage jn my opinion. We went to the spa area and the kids enjoyed a bit of swimming but my 2 younger were not able to swim because the depth was too high. Would sag swimming pool facilities not suitable for younger crowds . Shout out to Casie!! Who found my daughter phone and water bottle we left in the gym area. She was so kind and approachable. Thank you Casie "

"Room was really clean and spacious, tv was advertised with chromecast (didn’t have it) but we weren’t bothered by it. Bed was super comfortable and temperature was good. We also had breakfast on both days and the food was really good, lots of options to have! Only thing I will say is that the bar and coffee shop were rather overpriced - cost £11.50 for 1 red bull and 1 j2o!! The drink cocktail options at the bar were also quite strange, rather than just having normal cocktails there were random ones that weren’t that great! "
