「To start … pulling up to Hotel Del Sol was incredible!! The staff was helpful getting off of the boat. Check in was a breeze. Room was very clean! Beach is unbelievable! Dive off the dock and enjoy the ocean. What I really enjoyed was the gated swim area! Food is unreal, was very surprised on how delicious the food was, given where we were. He and his team were a highlight of our stay. He coordinated awe-inspiring snorkeling and phytoplankton tours with an experienced local guide. 「After booking, we repeatedly messaged the hotel for directions and only got a reply at 7:55am on check-in day, telling us the only boat left Cartagena at 8:15am. No way to make it. They then sent a contact for a 9am boat costing 90k + 30k port tax, though cheaper 70k options exist.
