「This hotel is in the most beautiful place I have ever seen! The beach and the water were beyond description. The hotel is walking distance to everything in town and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We especially liked Iliana in reception. I cannot wait to return. Truly a piece of heaven」

「Wonderful Stay at ICACO – Highly Recommend!
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was exactly as advertised: beautiful and featuring a wonderful view of the ocean. I especially loved the rooftop feature. The pool was a bit too hot to enjoy during the peak of the day, but it was still incredibly nice to sit in once the sun went down.
The included breakfast was amazing and left us wanting for nothing. The fruit was fresh, and it came with yogurt, toast, and a coffee maker.

「Don’t waste your money or your valuable vacation time on this hotel. The service was terrible! The woman checking people in couldn’t speak any English and upon arrival their credit card machine wasn’t working. It took us over 45 minutes waiting for her to troubleshoot the problem before she let us into the room. She also requested a deposit of $1000 in pesos or some form of identification to keep throughout our stay. We had just arrived and hadn’t obtained funds, so I was forced to give her my...
