“Room was clean and tidy but small. No bathmat, which was odd. The parking situation needs figured out...construction is taking up much of the lot and with the intended opening of their fourth building/cabins it will make this a tight squeeze if not addressed. Bar was never opened during our entire stay. I saw one fire pit open out of multiple and that was only on one night. Overall, it's a nice place to stay if you want to be on east bay but with a complete lack of vibe it seemed a bit dull……

“Waited a good 10 minutes at 6pm for someone to help me at the front desk. I was in the lobby all by myself. It didn’t seem like the hotel was very busy. It would have been appreciated to get a room with a better view, if available. I didn’t find the staff overly friendly or helpful. Bed was comfortable. “This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.”

“This was our experience: We were in a room behind the pool. People swimming were directly outside our patio door ( we were in a 1st floor room). The " patio" for our room, too small to use. The room: toilet was wobbly, the toilet seat, bathroom door handle, and bathroom vent were falling off. Areas around the shower area were yellow and didn't look clean. We didn't turn on the jetted tub because it looked dirty. The room was horrible. The lady at the desk when we got there was nice. They……

“There were passive aggressive p-touch label notes EVERYWHERE on the property! We get it, you've had terrible guests in the past, but oh my god? Get a grip? The carpet in our family suite unit was so filthy that we had to wear our socks or sandals indoors at all times. The loveseat also had a FOUL odor upon arrival, but it was 4th of July weekend and everywhere else in Traverse City was going to be sold out so there was no sense in complaining, because where the heck else are we going to go?
