「A lovely cottage in a beautiful area. It has a cosy feel, with all a family needs for a relaxing stay. Perfectly located, with lovely walks along the coast. I cannot recommend this cottage enough.」

「The chalet was really nice with new and modern decorations. Sufficient of cookware and kitchen utensils. The location was perfect for the nearby beaches and local shops. The only downside was about the amount of toiletries. We had 4 people staying for 3 nights, but there were only 2 toilet rolls and tester-sized shampoo and shower gel. 」

「Very quiet, most people there are ether older or family with kids. No dogs allowed- that wasn’t clear in booking. No entertainment at all .」

「This is our second year staying at The Beach House and we have already booked for 2026!! It is lovely to have a fully stocked kitchen, the use of a washer dryer and three bathrooms. The coffee machine is a special treat. We enjoy the space the property provides - it allows my husband to do his railroad modelling and to invite our grown up children to stay. The location is great, close to the beach and to the many good restaurants in Ventnor. We love the balcony and the views of the sea. ...

「Lovely house and will stay again - just missing some small touches like washing up liquid, shampoo, shower gel which we are used to in most Air B & B we stay at - almost like a small welcome pack. Location wise was perfect for us - local pub and lovely beach all within walking distance.」

「The Grain store was perfect for our stay. The access to the Red Squirrel trail was a real bonus for dog walking. Ideal location for getting out and about and very comfortable accommodation. The Peacock wandering around was a surprise! 」

「We enjoyed the garden and were allowed to pick fresh plums, apples,tomatoes & figs. Our old dog also enjoyed the garden but I would have been more relaxed if there had been a barrier between the cottage and the busy main road.」
