「This house was spacious and very convenient to downtown and Southeastern. Check in process was easy as long as you get the message with the link to submit a form (I did not pay that part any attention, so it's on me). The only warning I would give to potential renters is you are going to climb a lot of stairs. The until is on the 3rd and 4th floors. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Southeastern with a lot of people. The unit has everything you could need and is well thought out.」

「This was a cute little basement studio apartment really close to everything in Raleigh. We were in town for a funeral and family gathering and we also spent one night out in downtown Raleigh. Every place we went was less than a 10 minute drive from the rental. The host was responsive and helpful and we had no issues during our stay.」

「On our way to the VRBO in the car on Friday at 12:51pm the host Emanuel sent me a message saying our VRBO has been “double booked”. The Emanuel then said he had another place for us but kept ignoring our question of where it was and never actually sent a place.
