“Perfect location, close to the beach and all amenities. The apartment was clean and included beach chairs and a bodyboard. Free parking was a great bonus.The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.We had a great time and would happily stay here again.”

“We had a lovely stay at Kevin’s condo. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked up on basic spices, condiments, coffee, etc which was a bonus. Kevin also provided beach supplies such as beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. The location is great. It’s close to many restaurants and right next to a beach where you can spot turtles! Also this place has a pool and hot tub jacuzzi which was our favorite after a long day. And there is laundry available in the condo complex……

“Locating how to access the property was a bit of a challenge, but once we figured out the maze, we were good. It was a great 2BD floor plan with the 2 Bathrooms was a plus. Needs minor TLC here and there, but nothing major. I'd rate it 8/10.”

“We stayed in this condo for 4 days in mid July as our starting point for exploring the road to hana and haleakala national park and it served us perfectly. We walked to the beach to watch the sunset and the sea turtles lounging in the sand was pretty cool. There is a store within walking distance to grab a breakfast sandwich and coffee, as well as other lunch items. We explored Paia town and had lunch twice at Flatbread, all within a very short drive. “Great, cute little remodeled condo minutes from Mama’ Fishhouse and beach. This was a well equipped, basic, recently remodeled condo in a fantastic location. Seperate ac units in the living area and bedroom were a plus. Additionally, the kitchen included needed items such as spices, containers, foil and zip locks. We would definitely stay again.”

“First and foremost, communication with Bob was fantastic… he was very thorough with pre-visit information and I (thought) I had an issue which he IMMEDIATELY tried to correct. The condo was VERY clean, and the kitchen, as others have mentioned, was so well stocked!! There were Tupperware to take food to the beach or on adventures, pots and pans to accommodate any cooking, etc… which made eating in easy and stress free! The beds were comfy! … my daughter was on the pullout couch, and we all……

Loved having all the beach chairs, boogie boards and other fun family activities like available for us to use during our stay. They even provided an electric pump, which we used to blow up our own floaties for our kids to use. Others on the property were friendly and greeted us when passing.
