"It was easy to access, the facilities were nice comparing to the price. The only cons were poor sound insulation, especially at 5 am when everyone is busy packing lol.

"Amazing attentive staff that took care of our requests. Area had lots of shopping and great dining options nearby. Hotel was clean, full of amenities, had plenty of room for a Japanese hotel. We enjoyed our 4-night stay and would return again!"

"Great stay! Highly recommended. The location is very convenient so you don’t need to rush to USJ and the room is considered spacious in Japan. Clean, service is great, no language problem, good for family, my kids are happy. Will come stay here if I come again."
"Given the price, this is a great place to stay, breakfast is good, location is terrific! Close to the train station, close to many of the main Osaka attractions, close to where most day tours depart, close to food, clubs, bars and anything you may need. The only minor thing I didn't give 5 stars for conditions and facilities is that the bed and pillow were a little too hard, I understand this is kind of a budget stay but if these could be changed for a softer mattress and pillow, this would be by far the best place to stay in the area."
"Enjoyed our time at this property as it had everything along with all of the amenities. As a family of 5 the late night ramen from 9 to 10pm was a hit! I was able to use the onsen 2 times during our 6 night stay (got back too late from universal and expo) and found it good. One large pool along with a small cold pool. Best time to go was during the ramen experience as there was little to know people in the onsen at that time. Hotel provided all of the toiletries that were needed (towels, comb, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and body wash). Hotel also provided next day transfer services to our next location (Hakone) and the prices were quite reasonable. "
