"Check in was a bit harder than expected as the machine was slow. Bathroom smelled humid and could be better maintained. AC was pretty good."

"I always stay at this hotel before or after a long flight from Haneda Airport. It's reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. It's huge, so expect a long queue at check-in."

"Our stay was ok, but the location is not great. Not many restaurants or coffee shops. The airport shuttle only runs in the morning to the terminal and in the evening from the airport. Not convenient when you're arriving mid afternoon and departing at 5pm. We had to come to the airport way early and took a taxi when we arrived."

"Stayed in the premiere section. Our stay was excellent. The room was modest but the gym and onsen were very good. Food is just ok. But the hotel met all our needs."

"Staff is always accommodating and helpful. Personally we love the location of the hotel, appreciate the availability of the washer/dryer. Easy check in / check out process, the only downside is only one elevator available for all the customers. We will definitely stay at this hotel if we come to Yokohama again."

"Breakfast was good, a decent amount of options although the items were the exact same both days. The hotel room was spacious, bathroom was decent sized, lots of storage. As others have mentioned, the room decor is dated and there are not enough plus in the room."

"This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location for a trip to kamakura. The staff were extremely helpful and we loved the small touches like lots of complimentary water bottles, pajamas, great toiletries. I would highly recommend this hotel."
