「Our family of four (two adults, two teens) LOVED this property! Communication from the beginning was thorough, timely, and friendly. Our host went out of her way to accommodate our check-in, making our vacation smooth and easy right from the beginning. We loved the location of the unit - literally steps from the pool and tennis courts! The pool was big and deep, which can be hard to find in Kona. The tennis courts were very well maintained and the resident professional provided lessons/drills...

「Living here is very surprising, with two rooms and three bathrooms, the most comfortable place to live in Hawaii. The children said they must stay a few more days next time!」

「Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort 」

「We did know that there would be no air conditioning, but the heat and humidity made our stay unbearable. It felt like an oven whenever we entered the unit. Upon arrival the place was not cleaned to our expectations. We left it cleaner upon departure. The unit needs a lot of upgrades.」

「The apt/condo's kitchen and bathroom was outdated and needs to have a complete tear out and remodeled. The light near the closet in the bedroom didn't work. Needed to get a hold of the property manager to give us the password to get key to allow for us to have access to the property. Cost us much anxiety. I will not be using Hotels.com again. 」
