The vacation condo rental was wonderful in almost every way. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The unit was spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable feeling upon arrival. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
However, an extra charge for using the air conditioning was a surprise. While utility costs can be high, it felt like a hidden fee, even though it was mentioned in the listing. Most rentals include air conditioning in the overall price. It is a key part of ensuring comfort, particularly during hot months, and can significantly impact the guest experience.
It is hoped that future guests won't encounter this additional cost. Despite this, the condo was exceptional, and it is highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

"The pictures don’t do it justice. Truly a beautiful location! Close to very nice beaches and harbor. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. Security was tight and we felt very safe. Communications with the owner was fantastic. Everyone did everything they could to make sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this place if staying in Kona. We will definitely be back!"

"Excellent property. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Condo comes with many amenities, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, washer/ dryer. Very close to shopping. Go a little further and there is a walmart,Safeway and Costco. Definitely need a car to get around. Our first visit to Kona. Will definitely recommend. "
