「Needs a deep cleaning 」

「We've stayed at this property many times. It's well equipped, has room for at least 6 people at the high-top table in the kitchen, and a cozy living room. Easy walk to Washington Square, restaurants, bars and shops. The owner, Dave, is easy to work with and very kind. We'll be back! 」

「Property was very clean and had a Kuerig so that a plus !! The property manager was awesome, very friendly. The pool was very taken care of as well. We will be back as we stayed at Summer Sands many times. 」

「This was our second stay at this condo and we love it there. The condo was very clean. We had a little trouble with the directions to unlock the door but a quick call to Faith and her husband and we were in without issue. We don't cook on vacation but the kitchen is well equipped for those who do. We plan on booking again for next fall.
