“酒店很新，服务很好，早餐丰富。可惜的是房间电源故障，严重影响睡眠。我们的航班晚点，半夜办理入住，本来期望好好睡一觉，结果走廊和卫生间的两个灯无论如何都关不上，拔了房卡关闭全部电源也没用，糟糕的是卫生间的墙是半透明的，房间很亮，拿了面巾纸当眼罩，勉强睡了三个小时，感觉不好，扣分。”

“Great property. Excellent food and friendly staff Property needs some love. Showing signs of wear and tear. Rooms very average. Comfortable but definitely needs to be spruced up. Beach is very clean and safe. Had a great time. Food options. Lots of Indian cuisine. Got tired of it after a couple of days. Not much seafood. Please add more international choices in the Buffett ”

“Beautiful all inclusive resort on Diani Beach, about an hour drive from Mombasa International Airport. I had the sea facing Deluxe Room which was absolutely beautiful and spacious. A shuttle is available for a fee to pick you up or drop off at airport. Days have low tide so you can walk on the beach. Resort has Pullman Tours office that can book off base excursions as well as book a snorkeling trip to the sand bar during low tide. I recommend the Mombasa city tour as they take you to the Akamba……

“Exceptional customer service, very slick shuttle service from the airport. Everything was wonderful except the only complaint is waiting over an hour for our evening meal. I understand that the staff need to eat too ( all the staff disappeared for at least 20 minutes) but as we were the only ones ordering food in the restaurant we would have appreciated being kept informed that there was going to be a delay especially as we had an early flight the next day. ”

“I stay here all the time when I’m Nairobi. It is the only place I recommend. I only have one thing I would like to see changed and that is the strength of the internet and the television stations. That is the only disappointment. ”
