“Great service from the staff”

“Staff were exceptional and the villa was really spacious with a lovely pool. Food was OK, not as good as some other resorts of the same star rating. Lots of BBQ options and theme nights. We were AI and had breakfast at the small restaurant in the villa area, which was lovely. Lunch was better at the pool bar - suited our family needs with chips, burgers and pizzas. The villa had a few things that needed fixed and we had to ask for the fridges to be topped up. At dinner it was often a bit……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Ciala Resort. The grounds are lovely. The rooms are comfortable. The food is good and the staff are EXCELLENT (kind, thoughtful and attentive). We were in Kisumu for a wedding and didn’t spend much time at the property, but in the moments we had we enjoyed the pool and the gym. Breakfast was good with both local and international choices. Dinner was better. Unfortunately, on our last day my son got sick. The staff were so helpful. It was early in the morning before……

“They didn’t have activities as advertised on their website and ended up referring me to another tour guide to take me where I can do jet ski,so this guy told me I could leave my bags with him and ended up taking a picture of my bank card and now I have withdrawals from my bank account”
