「Even with moderate expectations, I was let down on a number of levels. The shower water smelled. I was not told the wifi network, which is not intuitive at all, and the room phone didn't work to make a call from my room. The wifi was then accessed, it worked slowly, and it stoped working. I was told "Right now I cannot give you any room on the ground floor because it’s fully booked. There is no extension. You are too far from the router. I’m sorry.” What? Why did the wifi previously work?...

「This was our first time staying at Shallowbrook Farm and we were blown away! A perfect setup for our annual family reunion of 29 people, ranging in age from 3-75. The entire home and grounds were very clean and well appointed. Kenzie, our host, was very friendly and responsive to our questions. The lovely pool. sport court, and game room provided something for everyone. We all loved it and are looking forward to returning! Thank you Kenzie!」

「Do NOT stay at this hotel. It is old, dirty, and the employees were rude. The towels and sheets are so old and stained and threadbare that I didn't even want to use them. When we were at breakfast an employee came in right when it ended and said "breakfast is over ladies and shut the door on us", we were just finishing up our breakfast. At about 5 minutes before 11am the front desk called my room and said it's time for check-out. I told her that there were still 5 minutes left before check out...
