「Spotless room! Courteous staff. Good location. Comfortable bed.」

「Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access」

「Warning, do not rent a room here. Stay away. This place is full of false advertising. They have an extra hidden fee that they don’t show online that they force you to pay when you rent a room here. Second of all they advertise that they have smoke free rooms, which they don’t. I booked a smoke free room and was given a smoking room. When I complained at the desk , the employee worker became super aggressive and started threatening me, and was yelling at me. This is the worst place I have ever...

「Everything was as explained and expected. It was clean, stocked with essentials, and the host was easily accessible and willing to help with prompt responses when needed.
