「The property is nice. Large suites. Only 6 floors of rooms out of eight levels. Paid public parking all around the area which is paid in 5 hours or less increments and free from 11pm to 6am. One vehicle per room in the Avalon garage for sure unless spaces are available and we were able to get a second spot. Staff was always courteous and always cleaning. This place is kind of a do it yourself location. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for free but you will be taking them out and bringing...

「The condo was very clean and spacious. However the listing of being beach front is inaccurate. Whether staying on the top flora or lower floors there are 2 houses in front of it. Very disappointed.」

「We had a wonderful quick stay at this property. It was clean, spacious and true to the description. It was great having a bathroom in each bedroom, the ocean view was amazing and it was just a short 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants and the pier. The pool is small but the view from the pool deck is perfect and everything was so convenient. We are looking to stay here again! 」
