Clean and comfortable

Everything was clean, the kitchen had all the amenities you need to prepare meals. Master bed was super comfortable and the master bath was beautiful. There was only 4 in our group but it would definitely be good for a larger group or family. I would stay here with my kids. Pool amd hot tub were nice.

Only reason for not getting 5 stars is we had a maintenance issue which we waited around the first night bc of miscommunication. Also, The location could be a little better with more parking.

Keystone is right next to Gateway Condos, and so is Christy's Sports where we had some of our out of town friends rent their equipment, which made things really easy. There was plenty of room for our whole family. The location is very convenient for access to either base at Keystone, although it is slightly too far to walk. There are restaurants in the building and right next door, and ski rentals and a small convenience store in the building. We would definitely stay here again.

The location also has a ski rental shop and convenience store located on ground floor. Secure, indoor parking, good size indoor hot tub, pool and fitness center. The condo has roomy bedrooms, a great living room view of the Keystone ski trails, a nice living room fireplace, separate tv’s in 2 bedrooms, loft and living room.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start with.. my dad is 70 years old annd has a walker, and the elevators did not work to get to our room. The elevator did not work all week long. Not a single person was there working on it or trying to fix it. Honestly, I will not recommend y’all to anyone after this stay. I had to help him up and down the stairs every single time. The door handle fell off the main entrance door to our place and I had to reattach it. The kitchen faucet was almost falling off the counter. Had to reattach that as well. Aside from those things it was nice to stay there. But in all reality, I would like some compensation back on my end for the huge inconvenience of the elevator not being in working order. It’s a liability issue to say the least. -Max Kirby

We paddle boarded so it was great to have a washer and dryer. Kitchen was well appointed. Great appliances and even had a tea kettle!The only big draw back was that there is a little hot tub inside and we were hoping for an outdoor hot tub. That was not clear in the promo materials.

Great spot, super clean and spacious

Our family loved the condo itself. Everything in working order, kitchen well stocked, nice views, comfortable master bed, very spacious. Kids enjoyed playing the trivia game and watched one of the dvds. We stayed in Summer so location was fine. If we were skiing we prefer to be closer to slopes, but it may not be a terrible walk. What we didn’t like were the pool amenities and the gym. Pool had a loose light (Dangling) so I wouldn’t let my kids swim for safety And the pool needs to be resurfaced lots of chippong. A perm resident asked us not to use the slam ball in the gym and to be sure weight machine was used quietly as its not insulated enough and reverberates through the building. And hallways coyld use new carpeting. Felt like an old buildin. But those are details we could live with given our plans and the value of the place.

Great location with heated parking on bottom floor. Making reservations was easy. Unable to obtain a military discount. We cook a lot and enjoyed the well appointed kitchen. All beds were comfortable. Unable to bring our dog. That’s the only thing we were missing. Will ask owner if an exception could be made with a pet fee. Recommend this accommodation for a relaxing fun and comfortable getaway. We have rented many condos and would not hesitate to rent this one again. Happy travels.

Comfortable Condo with a great view

There was plenty of room and beds for our ski trip group, and everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is decently stocked for cooking, though we had to buy our own coffee filters at the store downstairs to work the coffee maker. The view of the slopes is amazing and though close to the road, there was no road noise on this side of the building. The convenience store, rental shop, and brewery are all convenient and wonderful to have in the same building. The hot tub, pool and ski locker were also much appreciated. It's a bit of a walk to either of the lifts, especially with equipment, but ultimately we wound up walking more since the busses are only half hour, and unreliable on timing. There is a footpath you can take behind the building that is a bit shorter to get to the Peru lift. Overall a great place, we would stay here again.
