"Great room layout, good ski out location, run to ski in a little challenging. Much more a condo development than a true hotel though. Difficult to get ski edge service in the on property ski shop, although fine for wax. Parking a little expensive. Breakfast was a weak point,.lack of variety and quality overall at the price point. In house restaurants great quality but pricey and not everyday eating. Short walk though to other options in Hirafu. Only one towel per person per day a little stingy, Onsen not truly an Onsen (no mineral water), so fundamentally more of a large hot bath. Daylight to room better than expected with Premium Suite on first floor, was concerned about proximity to ski and boot room but had no issues."

"The Greenleaf took all the inconveniences of skiing in a resort away from me. Everything was under one roof - ski rentals, booking of classes, onsen, ski in ski out, and the icing on the cake was the incredible breakfast buffet which was included in the price and the supremely personable staff . I would definitely come back. "

"Nice stay, very close to Hirafu Welcome area and ski resort, staff were nice gave us early check in however they did made a mistake telling us that check in is at 1pm when its actually 3pm. Our room has a private onsen facing Mt Yotei which is great"

"This hotel is well located well maintained but you should forget Japanese hospitality. One of the most arrogant attitude i have ever experienced in any hotel. Check in lady was the worst then shift manager lady was no help. "

"Ski slope shuttles came every 15min and were great. Breakfast was good. Rooms were well designed for storage and very clean. Huge bonus was heated radiator in room for drying wet ski equipment. Ski equipment storage room for skis and boots was very warm and convenient on ground floor next to bus pickup. "
